Predee House
PREDEE House is a private residential project in Ratchaburi, Thailand, inspired by the owner's love for modern architecture and nature. The architect team used Thai modern style, incorporating wooden joists and bricks with a modern twist. A special long corridor on the upper floor symbolizes family connection and offers views of green rice fields.
The terrace area around the pool is designed to feel like a 'water pier', connecting the reception area to the pool and surrounding meadows. PREDEE House exemplifies how PREDEE architects blend functionality, beauty, and the unique experience of using space that meets the owner’s needs.

The VIBE
The VIBE is a distinguished sales gallery for a housing estate company situated in the picturesque province of Chonburi, Thailand. This outstanding building is not merely a functional space but a beacon of innovation and design, meticulously crafted to embody the 'California Vibe'. This marketing concept strategically aligns with the gallery's proximity to the beach, evoking the laid-back, sunny ambiance typical of California.
The VIBE stands as a model of innovative design and strategic marketing. By capturing the essence of the 'California Vibe' and aligning it with the unique attributes of Chonburi, the sales gallery effectively appeals to its target market. The result is a space that not only showcases the housing estate's offerings but also provides an immersive experience that resonates with potential buyers, making The VIBE a pivotal element in the company's sales strategy.

Ichi-go Ichi-e / Clubhouse
The Ichi-go Ichi-e Clubhouse draws inspiration from pool villa design, blending relaxation with modern Japanese style. The use of natural wood in both interior and exterior fosters a deep connection to nature, further promoting relaxation and mindfulness. In the common areas, guests can find comfortable seating areas that encourage social interaction while maintaining a sense of privacy.

The tearoom, designed with authentic Japanese aesthetics, offers traditional tea ceremonies that allow guests to experience the rich cultural heritage of Japan. The ARCH, housing estate project blends modern and classic elements under 'When Modern Meets Classic' concept by 'PREDEE Architects'. It repurposes the curve (ARCH) into modern design. The front entrance and garage use repetition and recess of the main curve with an arch for a welcoming feel.
Additionally, the interior spaces are designed to maintain a seamless flow between the outdoor and indoor areas. Large windows and glass doors ensure that natural light floods the living spaces, enhancing the sense of openness. A pool courtyard, surrounded by the ARCH curve, caters to the preferences of the project owner and customers. Somdoon House
With the innovative concept of creating a housing project that provides a 'home' and fosters 'balanced happiness', the Bann Somdoon project was developed. Somdoon is originally from Thai words mean 'Balanced'. The primary objective of 'Somdoon House' is to create architectural balance in living spaces. PREDEE Architects team has meticulously selected elements from the simple yet perfect form of the gable roof, which is well-suited to Thailand’s climate and uncomplicated in structure. This design is cost-effective for construction and facilitates future maintenance for homeowners.
The thoughtfully designed windows and strategically placed skylights allow natural light to enter the home and welcome breezes, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere for residents. Distinctive triangular windows play a key role in giving each house its unique character, challenging the notion that affordable housing cannot be distinctive. Through carefully considered functions, external appearance, and material selection, the 'Baan Sombun' project offers houses that are more than just places to reside; they are homes that everyone can aspire to own.
